Village Creek Bible Camp
VILLAGE CREEK PROVIDES A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN MEET JESUS IN FRESH, NEW WAYS AT CAMPS AND RETREATS
Wesley Woods - UMC Camp
The Wesley Woods Way is our unwavering commitment to a Christ-centered, love-driven, and grace-filled approach in everything we do. We serve God by nurturing positive relationships, fostering safety and love for all and helping individuals grow closer to Jesus.
Okoboji - UMC Camp
Our mission is to provide sacred space where Jesus Christ transforms lives, persons grow in Christian discipleship and leaders are developed to empower their local churches in the world; and to facilitate this mission through Christian hospitality.
Simpson Youth Academy
At the Simpson Youth Academy we believe that young people have power and gifts that are essential for the healing of the world, not just in the distant future, but now. Grounded in the Christian tradition and utilizing resources from the United Methodist Church, we are an ecumenical community of youth and adult mentors who explore deep faith-related questions and take action, in order to equip youth to live into their callings as agents of peace and justice in the church and world.
Midwest Mission
The Midwest Mission Experience is a chance for you and your group of volunteer leaders to learn and try out the different opportunities Midwest Mission has for at-home or off-site serving.
Red Bird Mission
Red Bird Mission was founded in 1921 in the southeastern corner of Kentucky to provide education and Christian evangelism ministries to residents of the area. The Work Camp program that enlisted volunteers to maintain mission facilities decades ago now involves approximately 2500 participants annually and expanded its purpose to include community home repair and improvement in 1984. The first new home was built in 2016 in the community by volunteers.
Community Ministry Partner
Lansing Iowa Food Trust (L.I.F.T.)
This is our local food bank servicing Allamakee County.
Our church has an on-going donation drive of needed supplies (food, personal care item, paper products, etc.) as well as people volunteering time at the LIFT facility.
Please make sure to donate only non-perishable food items that are within their expiration date.
Check with the church office for drop off times and places and most-needed items throughout the year.
You are always welcome to bring donations to our Sunday worship service.
